About Me

My name is Aideen. I’m founder of Five Leaves Creative. I’m an Intuitive Artist, Teacher & Creative Expression Guide.

I run Creative Circles, Painting Workshops & Individual Creative Mentoring Sessions online. I also facilitate in-person Intuitive Art Workshops & Art and Nature Workshops for Children and families in Belfast & Clare Ireland.

My Approach

My approach to Creativity is Intuitive, Somatic & Process- based, using body-based energy awareness, Nature’s cycles, Inquiry & Intuitive Art to gently connect us to the vast wisdom within, to our own deep expression and insight, to our innate Belonging in Nature and our wholeness & Joy through shared Art processes in Sacred Space.

The themes of my work with Women are curated with much reflection, energy and heart to connect us more deeply to the support of Nature’s cycles, to empower us through the use of symbols & myth within Feminine Her-story & to explore aspects of healing the feminine psyche with Reflective Inquiry & Process Art for wellbeing, vitality, empowerment & joy.

Creative Circles

Online gatherings that honour Natures cycles with herstory, myth, legend, inquiry & Intuitive Art in sacred space. These are ongoing for each festival of the Celtic Wheel.
