Nature Craft is a life long love of mine and Im passionate about the value of Intuitive crafting with natural materials in benefitting our over all wellbeing in so many ways, from stress reduction, to confidence, to improved self-esteem, inner trust and knowing, and simply creative joy!
Since 2018, Ive run Free To Be Me Kids Art & Nature Workshops. These workshops are focused on connection, expression and belonging in our Natural Environment. The approach I use is person-centered, fully sensory, and set up to ensure maximum safety, accessibility and as much creative freedom as possible for each participant.

This approach forms the basis of my Creative Expression work with groups. With children for the academic year 2024-25 I’m a creative practitioner in TAP + and BLAST National Arts in Education schemes and bring this approach to these partnerships with teachers, children and school communities, which fully endeavour to honour the voice of the child and maximise creative thinking skills and wellbeing in the classroom.
I have limited availability to work this Spring with groups using person-led sensory, Creative Expression facilitation.

I’m a member of the Teaching Council of Ireland, Fully insured to work with all ages, Tulsa Children First certified, Garda vetted, Hold Post Grad in Education- Primary Teaching specialising in early years and have 30+years experience working with children, in particular Special Needs Education. I’m a resident artist at EASI Studios Ennis run by Clare County Council where I run regular Expressive Painting workshops for groups.
Im certified in Art Synthesis, Intentional Creativity, Group Facilitating, Hatha Yoga for all ages, Meditation and have an honours degree in History & Sociology.
I have a life long practice of Art, Craft, Yoga, Meditation and many years self-study of depth psychology, mythology, her story, fairytales and Ayurvedic medicine!
