My name is Aideen. I’m founder of Five Leaves Creative. I’m an Intuitive Artist, Teacher & Creative Expression Guide. I run Creative Circles, Painting Workshops & Individual Healing Art sessions online. I also faciliate in-person Intuitive Art Workshops & Art and Nature Workshops for Childrens in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
The approach to my work is body- centered, aimed to gently connect us to the vast wisdom within, our own deep expression and insight, to our sense of Belonging in Nature and our wholeness & Joy through shared Art process in Sacred Space.
The themes of my work with Women are carefully curated to connect us more deeply to the support of Nature’s cycles, empower us with symbols & myth within Feminine Her-story & explore aspects of healing the feminine psyche with Reflective Inquiry for wellbeing, vitality, empowerment & joy.

Individual Creative Sanctuary Sessions – one-to-one Healing Art sessions, focused on an area of your choice.
Each of my offerings are are based on creativity and connection, are aligned with Nature’s yearly lifecycle and are focused on empowering expression, insight and uncovering personal direction through transformational art.
It is my great joy and honour to offer these events. Gathering with many inspirational women in-person and on-line has been a delight

The approaches I share are body- based and expressive, rooted in an understanding of the body, energy field, earth and our innate creative nature
Regularly expressing ourselves creatively and intuitively can bring a deep connection and understanding to our lives, our patterns, our longings and joy as well as build a foundation of focus, stability and flow in how we create and how we live
